The support web page is a one pager, no support information there. I bought (!) the reader app, bought a subscription and 3 back issues. On my iPad the download is slow and all I see of the issues is a blue screen with a flashing red www globe (which when pressed opens the Century web page)? Come on, folks if you charge for a basic reader app, it gotta be good. I am more than happy to discuss a refund and cancellation of my subsription.
